Texas Door & Trim provides comprehensive project design and order support services to our valued customers. The process starts when we meet with our customers in the showroom to help them finalize their selections, provide free quoting, and can make quote revisions after the fact as necessary.
We offer project design support using state-of-the-art software, perform job walk throughs and jobsite measuring of trim, door and window packages, going the extra mile to fulfill your order with the greatest possible expedience.

Service Department
Our team of trained service specialists are ready to provide full-time product warranty service to customers and projects within our markets. Texas Door & Trim’s service team handles service issues, processes service reports, and orders parts as needed.
Everything is in-house: our expert, trained service manager coordinates service requests as needed, and our service techs have the service vehicles, tools, and manufacturer support necessary to get the job done right.
Delivery Department
DIRECT TO THE PROJECT SITE
The Texas Door & Trim delivery team is a well-trained unit that utilizes a fleet of trucks to meet the needs of each customer. We will work with you to finalize delivery dates, and can deliver small one-stop loads, staged delivery shipments by floor or project need, and full-scale shipments for large multi-family/commercial projects, right to the jobsite if needed. Every delivery we fulfill, we do so with the same precision and dedication to customer service. We are also happy to provide on-site storage containers to ensure the security of your materials.

Specialty Millwork Shop
Our Specialty Shop can craft custom trim for a unique look, creates special cut-down doors a, and offers custom-built case work for special applications. We can get custom made flexible mouldings, and stock several profiles of flexible mouldings. If you can draw a profile or door style on the back of a napkin, we can make it.
Commercial Project Services
PLANNING & ENGINEERING SUPPORT
The Commercial Services Department's team of estimators can quote a variety of jobs, including light commercial, multifamily, single family and attached homes. When awarded with a project, our salesmen manage every aspect of the project, including submittals, preconstruction meetings, value engineering, and job site verification walkthroughs. We supply interior and exterior doors and hardware, a variety of window options, interior running trim, finish carpentry, and much more.
